Return to Karkland Expansion Release today!

Very excited for the release of the the Expansion pack for Battlefield 3.  Some new jets and weapons from what I can see. Very excited to start playing it, but only for a little.  Alas, Finals are approaching.  Remember, your grades are your first priority, unless you are becoming a video game designer.  Then by all means, play on!

Return to the Battlefield

It's been a while since I last posted.  I have been under a heavy load this semester at school.  I have picked up Battlefield 3 and I have been loving it! (When I get the chance to play).

The multiplayer is absolutely astounding!  Graphics are (loss for a better word) beautiful and the gameplay is smooth and adrenaline pumping.  I enjoy the customization of each class and even the vehicle customization.  It's great!

Give it a whirl and squad up!

Long time, No Game?!?!

Well, since it's summer (and almost the end of summer at that), I haven't been gaming very much do to the need for $$$$.  So, I have been working my ass off to make cash and be ready for the next school year.  I will be very excited to bring you more posts as the semester starts and games start releasing for the holiday season.  The top of my list is Battlefield 3 which is expected to be releasing in OCTOBER!   Very very excited for it.  Keep gaming and I hope to see you out there!

MAG Idiots...

I don't know what it is about people who play MAG, whether they are oblivious to whats going on or just plain stupid.  It's pretty self explanatory people... let me lay it out for some idiots...


1.  You are part of a a Squad, in a Platoon.  Your Platoon Leader and Squad Leaders set OBJECTIVES for you to follow.  Your squad is to complete these objectives and nothing else.  This game is more like the electric slide than a break dance, you have to work in concert.

2.  PAY ATTENTION!!!  You have eyes for a reason.  I cannot tell you how many times I get killed because my teammate let a guy slip right by him in plain sight.

3.  Do your JOB!  Follow what your Squad leader tells you to do.  You will WIN if you do.

4. MEDICS!  DO YOUR JOB AND HEAL PEOPLE!  You get a lot of points doing it too!  More than you do just killing a soldier.

I think thats about it.  Hope none of you reading this really needed these pointers, but if you do... LIVE BY THEM!

Homefront

I have seen some Xbox gamers play the recently released Homefront and I have to say I'm pretty impressed.  After being disappointed with COD Black Ops as a shooter I needed a breath of fresh air.  I'm very excited to get my hands on it and give it a whirl.

There's a Storm a Brewin'

Well, I got to play the demo for the new release:  Bulletstorm. Since it's a demo, this will be short.

   At first glance, I was skeptical of the game.  I wasn't too sure about the whole space pirate thing, but to be honest I was surprised how much fun it was!  All the different ways to kill enemies was fun and enjoyable as it gave a sense of creativity to rack up points.  The weapons were interesting to say the least, and the grappling power was pretty sweet.

  I will be absolutely be saving some cash to purchase Bulletstorm!

FUCKIN' SNIPERS

Okay all you Battlefield Bad Company 2 Players, LISTEN UP!   Grow a pair and get into the fights!!  Your team cannot win if every squad has 3/4 members sitting back as a sniper.  I must have squad hopped at least 3 times because every member of my squad would be a sniper sitting waaaayyy to far back trying to make kills as I maurdered myself trying to arm and protect M-COMs.   So again... GROW A PAIR and pick assault, medic, or even better.... ENGINEER!!!
